Arua City is set to host Omukama Ruhanga Owobusobozi Bisaka, the revered spiritual leader of the usthe Faith of Unity, from April 4 to April 7, 2025. This grand visit, anticipated to attract over one million believers and supporters, aims to foster unity and socio-political engagement among Ugandans. Security agencies have assured both followers and the general public of comprehensive security measures to ensure a smooth and peaceful event.

A high-level security meeting chaired by Arua City Resident City Commissioner (RCC) Komaketch Salim and his deputy Angupale reaffirmed the readiness of security forces to handle the large gathering. The meeting, held at the RCC's office, was attended by the West Nile Police Commander Afande Regan Grace Muganza, leaders of the Faith of Unity from Masindi-Bukwenda, and representatives from the hosting Bukwenda community.
During the discussions, security authorities emphasized that all necessary measures have been put in place to facilitate an orderly and secure reception for Owobusobozi Bisaka and his followers. RCC Komaketch Salim underscored the commitment of the government in ensuring that the event unfolds peacefully, with security personnel deployed at strategic points to guarantee safety for all attendees.

Owobusobozi Bisaka’s visit is not only a religious event but also a continuation of his longstanding mission to mobilize support for President Yoweri Museveni and the National Resistance Movement (NRM) government. His teachings emphasize unity, peace, and development, aligning with the broader goals of national cohesion and socio-political engagement.
Beyond Arua, his three-day tour will extend to Masindi-Bukwenda, reinforcing his message of harmony and collective progress. His influence, deeply rooted in the Faith of Unity, continues to resonate across different regions, drawing massive support from believers and well-wishers.
